Bookings are open to all individuals, with priority consideration for Kadva Patel community members. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation. The person booking confirms that all provided information is accurate and complete. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Payment and Cancellation

Room tariffs displayed on the portal are subject to change without prior notice. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Cancellation policies vary by room type and season; please review the specific policy displayed during checkout. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15-20 working days through the original payment method. The Samaj is not liable for any bank charges or delays beyond our control.

Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is subject to the facility’s operational schedule, typically in the afternoon. Check-out time is generally before noon on the departure date. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the sanctity of the premises. Smoking, alcohol, non-vegetarian food, and any unlawful activities are strictly prohibited. The Samaj reserves the right to evict any guest violating these rules without a refund.

Liability

The Kadva Patel Samaj Dwarka shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or personal property during your stay, except in cases of proven negligence. Use of the premises is at your own risk.
